Project done in collaboration with Sarah Hughes and Brooke Hoang under fictitious firm RH&H Interiors LLC.

The Jones building is a mixed-use project with a cafe, flower shop, and the two lofts that sit above. The owners of the building, Lindsey and Oliver Jones, have a dream of owning a flower shop, and this building brings that dream to life. It’s in a modern industrial style, which allows for ample lighting via the large glass windows. Flower shop design by Sarah Hughes and Cafe designed by Brooke Hoang. In order to maximize commercial parking at front of site, an underground parking garage has been designated for owners of lofts as well as storage units and parking for employees of the commercial spaces.
